Returns Policy

Please also inform us of your intentions.

  • Please return the order in the condition you received it including original documents and packaging, not used, or damaged due to use, not marked in any other way and in a re-sellable condition. Please also obtain a proof of posting when returning goods because without it no refunds or replacements can be issued if the item gets lost or damaged on return.
  • For deficiencies, damage or other related problems with your goods please inform us via email as soon as possible. You must keep the original documents, packaging and labeling with the order until the problem is resolved as they will need to match our own records and be returned if requiring an exchange or refund.
  • Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 30 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. You must include the user ID and the invoice number. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. Customer must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

    Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, no postage costs are refundable. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • In the event of goods being damaged on arrival you must advise the carrier and us immediately. You must check the condition of your goods before signing the delivery note. You must refuse delivery and contact us immediately by email. By signing the delivery note you are agreeing to have received the goods in a satisfactory condition.
